Yes he does! He made it through Kindergarten and Kissing-the-President's-Behind 101, but apparently is still struggling with Constitutional Law.

Both photos were shamelessly stolen from the Associated Press.
I think that teacher might make a better Attorney General, though. Maybe the little kid too.
And now that I think about it, that teacher looks a little like me. Maybe I should be the Attorney General. That, or a professional mudwrestler. Certainly not a computer programmer with too much time on her hands.

Ha! I know a trick question when I see one! They are both kindergarten pics! The first shows an adult and a child, the second shows two children who play doctor with each other. The kid on the right will purchase a blue shirt soon.
