    And all this time I thought they were laughing about that silly ABC speech the chimpette gave to the African women during her visit. I figured they were joking about the abstinence suggestion, or when she said to be with one partner, OR maybe it was the bit about using condoms. As if the women over there have a choice. Lots of help there.

    I guess Condi did think it was funny though. Something made her laugh.
