That's Condi's hand...no, I think you missed on this one, unless Condi is going to the same doctor that Michael Jackson saw. I think it is Condi hoping for the next hand-Frenching!

I know that's a little icky, but really. I mean the blue dress didn't get cleaned. Why should Condi's hand, right?
