I think what Bart is saying there is:
"Mommy, when are we going to get the Harry Potter books? I'm the only little doggy on the block who hasn't read them!
Also, since I'm a dog, and I can't read, maybe you should get me the books on tape, narrated by the wonderful Jim Dale! That would really make my tail wag! We could listen to them while we drive around with my head out the window!
Also, I pooped on the walk again. Sorry."
