To nibble on another dog's toy without getting permission first I believe goes against Doggie Bill of Rights Amendment IV.

Bart,
I believe that it is important to ask for permission to listen to the squeek generated by another dog's toy... Do you agree with this?

Ben,
I always appreciate listening to divergent squeaks from all toys. And when I'm County Commissioner, I vow to keep an open mind and an open doggie treat bag, and to force feed Milk Bones to Ronda Storms.

Hearing the Rhonda Storms toy squeak is always fun.

Fuck all that!
When Bart meets a co-equal branch of chewing the squeaky hamburger, he'll be sure to ask permission.
Until that time, he'll make the hamburger squeak if he damn well feels like it.
